Salary: £12.65 per hour

Your Role Will Include:
- ‎Implement behaviour management strategies for clients with challenging behaviours
- ‎Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment by following health and safety standards
- ‎Administer first aid and respond effectively to emergencies
- ‎Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver individualised care plans‎
- ‎Engage clients in meaningful physical and emotional development activities
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎Previous experience in children’s residential care
- ‎Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Care
- ‎Compassion, patience, and professionalism
- ‎Strong behaviour-management and crisis-response skills‎
- ‎A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
