Position: Care Assistant

Salary: £12.70 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Work location: Carlton, East of England, England

Your Role Will Include:

‎As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

  • ‎Support clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • ‎Follow individualised care plans
  • ‎Provide companionship and emotional support
  • ‎Monitor and report any changes in health
  • ‎Assist with medication (following training and guidelines)
  • ‎Keep accurate care records
  • ‎Communicate effectively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
  • ‎Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation where required

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
  • ‎A valid driving licence is preferred
  • ‎Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • ‎Basic IT skills for documentation
  • ‎Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
  • ‎Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • ‎A genuine passion for caring and improving others’ lives
