Position: Care Assistant
Salary: £12.70 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- ‎Support clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- ‎Follow individualised care plans
- ‎Provide companionship and emotional support
- ‎Monitor and report any changes in health
- ‎Assist with medication (following training and guidelines)
- ‎Keep accurate care records
- ‎Communicate effectively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
- ‎Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation where required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- ‎A valid driving licence is preferred
- ‎Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- ‎Basic IT skills for documentation
- ‎Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- ‎Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- ‎A genuine passion for caring and improving others’ lives
