Position: Social Media Manager

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role Will Include:

  • You will manage and elevate our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and more.
  • ‎Developing and executing data-driven social media strategies.
  • ‎Creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across formats (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics).
  • ‎Engaging actively with communities to build strong relationships.
  • ‎Running and monitoring paid social campaigns.
  • ‎Staying ahead of trends and best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant.‎
  • ‎Tracking analytics, generating reports, and optimising performance.‎
  • ‎Collaborating closely with internal teams and managing influencers or partnerships.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • ‎A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • ‎2–5 years of hands-on social media management experience.‎
  • ‎Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement dynamics.
  • ‎Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • ‎Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
  • ‎Ability to analyse data and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • ‎Basic design and video editing skills using Canva or Adobe tools.‎
  • ‎Bonus: SEO knowledge, paid advertising skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines.
