Your Role Will Include:
As an Entry-level Call Centre Brand Assistant, you will:
- ‎Be the first point of contact for potential customers
- ‎Handle inbound and outbound calls and answer enquiries
- ‎Promote client products, services, and ongoing promotions
- ‎Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
- ‎Assist with appointment-setting, lead qualification, and follow-ups
- ‎Maintain accurate records of interactions
- ‎Support daily team targets and contribute to a positive environment
