Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Digital Designer with Motion experience, you will:‎
- ‎Create best-in-class visuals for brand identity, digital campaigns, animations and motion projects‎
- ‎Produce engaging video content for Instagram, Snap, YouTube and more‎
- ‎Develop landing pages, paid social creatives, HTML banners and other digital assets
- ‎Contribute to 3D concepts, typography, layout, and overall visual expression‎
- ‎Collaborate with wider design, marketing and creative teams‎
- ‎Build storyboards, concepts, and design treatments‎
- ‎Stay up to date with social and design trends
- ‎Manage multiple projects across different timelines
- ‎Provide direction when working with external talent‎
- ‎Support the Art Director and contribute to project scoping and leadership where required
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎Skills & Experience‎
- ‎5+ years of design experience in digital and motion design
- ‎Mastery in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Cinema 4D
- ‎Strong understanding of digital and motion’s role in brand-building
- ‎Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
- ‎Strong storytelling skills and comfort with storyboards/treatments
- ‎Experience with HTML CRM builds (e.g., Braze) and HTML ads (e.g., Flashtalking)
- ‎A portfolio showcasing user-centric, visually striking digital work
- ‎Time-management skills and confidence handling multiple projects‎
- ‎Awareness of current motion/design trends
- ‎Open to using AI to push creative projects further
- ‎Interest in sports or gaming (casino/slots) is a plus but not required
