Position: Customer Service & Order Entry Representative

Salary: $18.00 – $21.00 Per Hour

Work location: Remote

 

 

What We Offer:

  • ‎Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on skills & experience)
  • ‎Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday (onsite Mon–Thu, remote Fri option)
  • ‎Occasional overtime as needed
  • ‎Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated) + 8 paid holidays
  • ‎Daily earnings access (“Work today, get paid today”)

Your Role Will Include:

‎As a Customer Support & Order Entry Representative, you will:

  • ‎Answer and manage phone calls and emails from customers, dealers, and distributors‎
  • ‎Provide product knowledge, pricing, and availability information
  • ‎Accurately process sales and warranty orders
  • ‎Coordinate shipments and expedite orders per scheduling guidelines
  • ‎Enter return material authorizations
  • ‎Use tools like Five9 and Salesforce (preferred) for customer interactions

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel
  • ‎Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • ‎Strong verbal and written communication
  • ‎Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • ‎Positive attitude with continuous improvement mindset
  • ‎Ability to multi-task effectively‎
  • ‎Experience in Salesforce, Five9, or the hearth industry is a plus
