Position: WordPress Support Developer
Salary: $22+ per hour

Your Role Will Include:
You will support a high volume of client requests through a structured support ticket system. Your tasks will include:
- ‎Managing and responding to support tickets
- ‎Carrying out site edits in WordPress
- ‎Performing plugin, theme and core updates
- ‎Conducting security and performance optimizations‎
- ‎Fixing down or broken websites
- ‎Communicating with hosting providers‎
- ‎Handling client concerns with professionalism and clarity
- You’ll provide quick first responses, confirm request details, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain clear communication with each client throughout the process.

- ‎Clear, friendly and error-free written English communication
- ‎Strong attention to detail
- ‎Ability to follow instructions accurately
- ‎Critical thinking + creative problem-solving skills
- ‎Minimum 2 years of professional WordPress experience
- ‎Reliable internet connection
- ‎Commitment to communicating only through the approved post-application channels
