Salary: $76,544.71 – $96,053.84 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
- ‎Provide clear information, resolve inquiries, and support account-related needs
- ‎Document interactions using CRM tools and maintain accurate records
- ‎Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
- ‎Assist with occasional outbound follow-ups or surveys
- ‎Use Microsoft Office for communication and documentation
- ‎Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- ‎Ability to multitask and stay organized in a virtual workspace
- ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation
- ‎Accurate typing and data entry capabilities
- ‎Customer support or call center background is a plus, not required
- ‎Multilingual abilities (especially English + another language) are highly desirable
- ‎Sales or upselling experience is an advantage
- ‎Problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused attitude
