Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

Work location: Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England.

Your Role Will Include:
- Support service users to live safely, comfortably and independently
- ‎Assist with personal care, medication and daily routines
- ‎Encourage choice, dignity, respect and person-centred care
- ‎Support with appointments, community activities and social engagement
- ‎Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
- ‎Work closely with families and professionals
- ‎Maintain accurate care notes and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of care or support experience
- ‎Full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- ‎Kindness, patience and empathy
- ‎Strong communication skills and reliability
- ‎Commitment to person-centred care
- ‎Eligibility for sponsorship (UK-based applicants only)
