Your Role Will Include:

As the Remote Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting executive operations through:

  • ‎Recruitment & Hiring Support
  • ‎Posting job listings and managing candidate communication
  • ‎Screening applicants and coordinating interviews
  • ‎Acting as a professional point of contact during hiring
  • ‎Social Media Content Coordination
  • ‎Gathering media content across various locations
  • ‎Uploading materials to the marketing team
  • ‎Creating simple designs using Canva
  • ‎Administrative & Project Support
  • ‎Preparing agendas, reports, and meeting documentation
  • ‎Managing delegated tasks to full completion
  • ‎Handling guest messaging for short-term rentals
  • ‎Reporting Responsibilities
  • ‎Maintaining and submitting inventory-related reports
  • ‎Reviewing travel reports from clinics and team members
  • ‎Tracking and communicating accountability metrics
  • ‎Cross-Department Coordination
  • ‎Communicating with multiple entities and teams
  • ‎Ensuring smooth follow-ups and project updates
  • ‎Problem-Solving & Initiative
  • ‎Taking on unfamiliar tasks with independent research and judgment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong independence
  • ‎Excellent written and verbal communication
  • ‎Experience in recruitment support (preferred)
  • ‎Proficiency in Canva
  • ‎Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • ‎Skilled at coordinating across multiple teams
  • ‎Comfortable handling reports and recurring tasks
  • ‎Professional, adaptable, dependable, and tech-savvy
  • ‎Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work remotely
