Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Care Assistant, you will:‎
- ‎Support residents with personal care, dressing, eating, and daily tasks‎
- ‎Follow and assist in implementing individual care plans‎
- ‎Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues
- ‎Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage engagement in activities‎
- ‎Maintain a clean, safe, and organised living environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous care home or home-care experience (desirable but not essential)‎
- ‎Strong English communication skills
- ‎Good basic IT skills for documentation
- ‎A compassionate, patient, and supportive personality
- ‎Ability to commute or relocate to Burton-On-Trent, DE13 9HS
- ‎Own transport (desirable)
- ‎UK work authorisation (required — sponsorship available for this vacancy)
