Your Role Will Include:
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with our services. You’ll be responsible for making touchpoints throughout their entire process, from onboarding to project completion and beyond.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement in our client service processes and suggest enhancements to streamline communication and increase client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction, providing insights to the team to help refine our service offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and great personality.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Experience using CRM software and other client management tools.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Must be able to work within EST timezone.
- Understanding of tax processes, IRS procedures, tax forms, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; can manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs, workflows, and compliance protocols without deviation.
- Ability to break down and explain tax concepts in simple terms.
- Comfortable using client portals, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
