Salary: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month

Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling, follow-up emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Manage territory sales by identifying potential clients and developing strategic plans to increase market share
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and account activity for accurate reporting and analysis
  • Present product demos and technical sales presentations to clients, highlighting features that meet their specific needs
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize account value while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and business development efforts
  • Provide ongoing account management by analyzing client data, forecasting sales trends, and recommending tailored solutions
  • Support management in developing territory plans, setting sales goals, and executing strategies for growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management within a technical or retail environment
  • Strong understanding of territory management, lead generation techniques, and direct sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales data
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical presentations
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, inside sales, and retail sales environments
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and product performance for strategic planning
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in marketing collaboration and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships
